Most parents long to give their child the best start in life and we are delighted to be able to help with that. The main way in which we do that is by offering the weekly support of our group of toddlers and their parent(s) called "Little Fishes" on a Monday, and the provision of a modern creche (with 2 registered helpers) each Sunday. Over and above that, we are very happy to discuss providing a special service to mark the birth of a child - whether a service of dedication (for parents who could not yet call themselves followers of Jesus) or baptism (for those who could). These services are held in our main family service on a Sunday at 9.30am. In order to help parents to decide which option to take, we provide a four week, low-key introductory course at a mutually convenient time. This will give the basic information about the baptismal propmises, and help each family to decide what is best for them as we work together to give each child the best possible start to life. |

From the Bible |
And they spoke the word of the Lord to him and to all who were in his house. And he took them the same hour of the night and washed their wounds; and he was baptized at once, he and all his family |
